Polimer gibrid alyuminiy elektrolitik kondansatör (PHAEC) VHXalyuminiy elektrolitik kondansatkichlar va organik elektrolitik kondansatörlarni birlashtirgan yangi turdagi kondansatör bo'lib, u ikkalasining afzalliklariga ega.
